New website & other news

We're currently working on a new site. YES! After a year and a half, we've decided to build a new one. Since '06, we probably tweaked this site at least 6 times. Well it's time that we put up a fresh one with new pictures and events. This time, our direction will be much cleaner. Simplicity is the key! :) In time for our BIG Fall '08 campaign. :)

Enuff said... Other news.. U like sports?

Pat Riley Retires as NBA head coach. :( Unfortunately he didn't go out with a bang... leaving us with 2 of the worst seasons in his NBA career as coach for the Miami Heats. Nevertheless, he got 7 championship rings and a Hall of Fame plaque to brag about. WOW! A job well done sir!

Barry Zito(SF Giants Pitcher) will be out of the pitching rotation. In case you've forgotten, he signed "the most expensive contract in history for a pitcher". With a bit of success in his earlier years, he earned himself a $126 million contract. Unfortunately, he started this season with 0-6. Ouch! 6 more years to go and that doesn't look good at all. Please don't let us SF folks down!

Nothing worst than betrayal

These people were once the hottest thing on the planet... winning awards and having sold out concerts. Many people traveled great lengths to see them perform. From young teens to parents, all were obsessed with their music, style, dance moves, etc. Everywhere they went, people would embrace and adore them. They were considered musical geniuses and idols to our society.

Britney

Now, they are nothing but a joke. A subject of parody in Hollywood, constantly being mock by the media. Most of their fans have lost interest while others continue to ridicule everything that they ever stood for. We considered that as betrayal and it's not cool at all.

First look at FALL: Real Love! No Hype!

2 weeks ago, we revealed our Fall 2008 collection for the first time at Minna gallery in San Francisco and the feedback was phenomenal!

Our strategy: No representatives trying to bring people to the booth. No models trying to lure people to visit us. No team to build up hype. Basically just put up the rack with our clothes hanging and see how people respond to it. They might just a) walk by b) glance at it or c) stop to look at the collection. Here is a snapshot of what went down. :)

Check your local stores this Fall. HOT!

Help is here!!!

These tees are coming out this summer. To be honest with you, we thought this was a little too bold at first but everyone just love the design. It's straightforward and different. Our idea behind this tee was to encourage people to "be the change" rather than waiting for the world to change.

We'll be giving away the first batch to community leaders in the Bay Area. Our way of rewarding and giving recognition to those who lead by example. If you think you or someone else deserves this, please write to us. Tell us what you or someone else did that made an impact on resolving issues such as youth development, natural disaster, substance abuse, crime, the environment, etc.
