Dubai just unveiled their design of an 80-story shape-shifting skyscraper. Each floor can rotate independently, allowing you to adjust to any shape you like. What?!? The price on these apartments range from $4 million to $40 million. Although developers from Canada, Europe and South Korea have expressed interest, some already expressed skepticism on the project.
